Guys, think about this. ONE is greater than ZERO.
Whether it’s one mile, or one crunch, or one pound, or even one minute, you still worked and that ONE extra step pushed you a lot closer than doing zero amount of work would. So next time you get tired after just 10 minutes of walking or 1/2 mile or even that 1 set, don’t be so hard of yourself, be proud because you’re that much closer to your goal than doing nothing would make you. Push yourself as much as you can and DON’T GIVE UP!
